Baby Corn Manchurian


BABY CORN MANCHURIAN

Ingredients:
Baby corn - cut into 2" pieces - 2 cups
onion - 1 (diced and seperated) 
capsicum - 1/2 - cut into thin strips
maida - 1/4 cup 
corn flour - 1 tsp
salt to taste
white pepper - 1/4 tsp
soya sauce - 2 tsp
tomato sauce - 2 tsp
red chilli sauce - 1 tsp
oil - 4 tbsp and to deep fry 
garlic - 4 (cut finely)
sugar - 1/2 tsp
ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp





Method:
- mix maida, cornflour, salt, 1tsp ginger garlic paste,1/2 tsp soya sauce, white pepper along with some water and make it into a fine thick paste
- dip the baby corns and deep fry them in oil till crisp and cooked
- in a pan add oil
- add garlic, onions and capsicum
- fry for a min
- now add salt, soya sauce,chillli sauce and tomato sauce
- fry for a minute
- add 1/2 tsp of sugar and fry (for the glaze)
- add fried baby corn and give it a toss for a minute
- serve.
