Thalicha Sadam


THALICHA SADAM

Ingredients:
cooked rice - 2 cups 
salt to taste
onion - 2 (chopped)
green chillies - 2 (chopped)
curry leaves - 1 spring
mustard seeds - 1 tsp
oil - 4 tsp


Method:
- in a pan add oil
- add mustard seeds
- add onions and curry leaves 
- add green chillies and salt
- fry till the onions are transparent
- now add in the rice and give it a mix
- serve.
